One of the Gross Arnold Gallery’s aims is to present talented young graphic artists and illustrators who carry on the spirit of its namesake.
Visitors can see the works of graphic artist and illustrator KISTELEKI DÓRA at the Gross Gallery from 7 p.m. on September 14, 2017.
The exhibition can be visited on the ground floor during the gallery’s regular opening hours: between September 15 and October 4, 2017, Tuesday to Friday 10 a.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Kisteleki Dóra graduated in book arts from the Secondary School of Fine and Applied Arts, then continued her studies in printmaking at the Faculty of Arts of Kaposvár University, earning her degree in 2011. Her art has drawn inspiration from the poetry and imagery of Weöres Sándor and Juhász Ferenc. She creates her works with pen, watercolor, India ink, and/or acrylic. Dóra is the illustrator of the literary journal Nyugat Plusz; her works are characterized by a naturalistically surreal richness of detail with a romantic touch.
