As we prepare for the December retrospective exhibition, we are reorganizing our archive. By releasing duplicates, we are parting with a few truly beautiful Gross Arnold etchings with vintage coloring, which we are now offering for sale at a discount. Among them are some of the master’s best-loved works, such as fine prints of Flower and Toy Train (Virág és Játékvonat), Artists (Művészek), Garden of Memories II (Emlékek Kertje II.) and Spring of India (India Tavasza) from the 1970s. My personal favorite is an early print of “Landscape of Torockó” (Toroczkói Táj), dated 1958, which at that time was still colored with watercolor. True early collector’s pieces — and not only for collectors. Some of the sheets are framed, others are currently unframed, but framing can be arranged on request. They can be viewed and purchased in person at the Gross Arnold Gallery, and we will send a price list on request. Every etching comes with a certificate of authenticity. Alongside the etchings, our signed facsimiles and posters are also on sale before the summer break.
